In 2014 we have built a completely new studio of 55 m2, with a private entrance and completely unobstructed view of our garden, Lake Warfaaz and Balmoral Castle. Here you can enjoy total privacy.
The studio houses a large double bed (or two single beds), sitting area, LCD TV, dining area, kitchen and full bathroom. This bathroom has a shower (with ‘rain shower), washbasin and toilet, hairdryer, fluffy towels and shampoo / shower gel are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, two-burner stove, microwave / oven, kettle and Senseo coffee maker. There are pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses available for you to use. Always present: coffee pods, tea, sugar, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper.
When you stay in our studio, you can choose whether you would like to have the breakfast made by us or you want to be fully self-supporting.
Your can park your car safely on our property, next to the studio.
In short, it is a really nice place with nice views and quiet!
The price for our studio is 109,00 euro in winter season and on to 160,00 euro in the summer season, depending holidays and festivals. The price does NOT include breakfast. The price for breakfast is 7,50 euro per person. Rates can be higher during major cultural and sporting events in and around Spa, for example during races at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.
